What will it look like to present a poster virtually at GWG2021?
Posters will be available on www.genomewritersguild.org for attendees to review virtually. This area of our website will go live on Monday, July 26th, providing our audiences time to review your content ahead of the conference start. All poster presenters are required submit a 1-2 minute flash talk; this flash talk will also be available on our website.
Poster presenters will be assigned their own table in Remo which will be labeled by last name. Presenters will be able to share their screen with attendees when they visit. Poster presenters also have the option to make use of their table’s Miro board within Remo on the day of their presentation. Miro is a virtual whiteboard where you can discuss research, brainstorm and even doodle with attendees at the time of the poster session.
Poster submissions and flash talks must be received by Friday, July 16th at 11:59 PM CST.
