RELEASE TO RECORD

I give permission to have video documentation taken of my Genome Writer's Guild presentation taking place between the dates of July 28 - 30th, 2020. This recording will be live-streamed to registered audiences in the event that our day-of attendance exceeds that which can be held on the REMO platform. I understand and consent to the use and release of the recording by the Genome Writer's Guild for promotional purposes on their website and YouTube channel. I understand that the recording is for research purposes only and that my name and image will not be used for any other purpose. I relinquish any rights to the recording and understand the recording may be distrubuted by the Genome Writer's Guild.
